Ir was great to have you pop over to Driftwood Ramblings! Thank you for your kind comment 🙂

I can literally feel all the excitement experienced by those of you who live in the northern hemisphere, with the arrival of spring, & I’m looking forward to enjoying your gardens whilst mine takes its annual winter slumber.

Lots more going on in your garden than in mine, which is slowly awakening. We keep having these nasty cold spells so things get sluggish and reluctant, but eventually spring will begin in earnest.

I have quite a large garden, and it’s wonderful to see everything coming alive again for Spring. Those are super photos you have posted. I’ve come across, because I see that you have become my latest Follower, which is very kind of you. Thank you. I will be posting photos of my garden on Sunday.

You have some nice stuff coming along. I was surprised to see my Coral Bells had not been ravished by the deer during the winter.

Spring is certainly here! Heuchera is beautiful! Who said that a flower is the best part of a plant? Heuchera’s leaves are gorgeous!

I love catkins. When we were kids we used to make little beds for them out of match boxes as if they were tiny little pets. Good pets too – never needed fed, never pooped and never run away!

I am very ignorant when it comes to naming plants. I did a spot of gardening with a friend this morning. He was happily burbling on about this plant and that plant and I kept on having to stop him and ask “D’ya mean this?” or “Which one is the…”

I am loving seeing Spring taking hold again though 🙂

beautiful signs of spring! I went out inspecting today and found lots of new growth – including lots of what was new growth – now leveled by the munchings of deer. 🙁
