Hey, that looks like my back yard right now. Spring is really slacking off up here in the Northeast.

A heavy snow. Perhaps that will be good to soak the earth for Spring flowers. 🙂

Some of those images are lovely, but I’m sure you’re so over the white stuff…

You have a little less snow than we have in north-central Alberta! No sign of tulips, crocus, daffodils or anything of the sort. Like Lois said, it’ll be a good soaking for those grasses, perennials and shrubs in your garden. Welcome Spr–inter!

Yikes–first 3 blogs I read today have snow! Amazing that Seattle has had sunny days line up with weekends for 2 weeks now. On the bright side–you can put off those spring chores a little longer!!

Is this really spring? We have had some chilly weather, with lots of rain, hail and strong winds. I can’t wait to get out into the garden again….

Hi John – I’m really pleased to see your comment on my garden post tonight – thanks for stopping by. Always a pleasure to meet another gardener………I see you share so much of interest here and I will be reading back as I know I’ll learn a lot from you!

Our high temps have come to an abrupt end tonight as a storm is coming through and rain is lashing against the windows. Glad I caught the wisteria and dogwood flowers in my lens earlier – they may look sad in the light of day tomorrow!

Happy Spring…..hopefully it will come your way very soon and the snow will just be a memory.
