Thanks Tina! The plants take care of that themselves.

Beautiful, but strange. I’m quite far north of you (southeast of Madison) and I didn’t have frost yet. Well, at least not much. I saw some on the roof on Sunday morning, but all my annual plants are still blooming and I didn’t cover most of them. Must be the lakes and trees here. Your photos are stunning!

Beth – we had two super cool mornings and then back to warmer temps. Enough though to zap the annuals.

First hard frost for us too…made my wisteria and trumpet vines weepy. 🙁

I’m still weepy and not over it!

You have an artists eye for creating beautiful photography. Thanks so much for sharing these. We haven’t had frost yet here but these are so lovely they encourage me to see the positive side of cold weather.

Yummy photos! What plant is the last one, with the red berries? One of your virburnums?

The red berries are from a crabapple tree. Love the “yummy” comment by the way.
