The Obsessive Neurotic Gardener

  • About me
Posted on October 7, 2016 by jmarkowski Posted in Fall color, My garden .

After a morning of panic because my son slept through two alarms and then awe at his ability to shower, shave, get dressed and eat breakfast in 7 minutes and then seeing him off to the high school bus after ensuring there were no clowns hanging at the edge of the woods with Snickers bars, I grabbed my camera and took the following photos.

Hope you enjoy.

These pictures are breathtaking! They almost seem like paintings. And I was so thrilled to see the one with all the webs; every now and then the sun is hitting just right and you can see the gazillion spider webs that are there all the time and we just don’t know it. You definitely have a gift with your eyes. 🙂

You really are a “Master of Grasses” John (that does not sound as cool as it should I’m afraid). Pic n°2 in particular is a killer! Your garden, and maybe more importantly your gardening philosophy, are a great inspiration for me. Would you ever have thought that you’d have fans from the Old Continent (France as far as I am concerned)? Have a flamboyant autumn.

Hi Magali and thanks so much for the kind words. The best part of this blogging thing has been the opportunity to meet people from all over the globe, all because of our love of plants. And I love the Master of Grasses name. I may steal that.
